    This course is designed to take approximately 10 hours to complete.

    In the Servant Leadership self-paced, asynchronous 10-hour upskilling micro-credential course, you will complete the following 5 Guest Discussion sessions:

  • Guest Discussion 5 - Accessing the Unused Human Capacity in Your Organization

    In each session, you will need to watch the approximately 45 - minute video, reflect on your key take-aways and personal and organizational application, and participate in the discussion forum.

You will also watch the following topical explainer videos (approximately 10 minutes each) and reflect on your key take-aways and personal and organizational application:

    Additionally, you will be required to complete and apply three readings, a learning activity, personal and organizational assessment activities, a podcast listening assignment, a short course exam, final application assessment, a final learning reflection, and a course evaluation in order to finish the course.

    Once you have completed all of the course requirements, you will receive a micro-credential certificate and achievement badge, which you will be able to include in the education, certificates, and achievements section on your LinkedIn profile and on your resume.
