Welcome to the Fostering Change Agility HCI Academy Micro-Credential course!

This course is designed to take approximately 8-10 hours to complete.

2. Identify strategies to address the people side of change and promote employee engagement during transitions.
3. Evaluate the role of AI tools such as coaching bots in facilitating leadership development and change management.

5. Apply adult learning principles to enhance organizational learning and continuous improvement.
6. Create strategies for building resilience and adapting leadership to thrive in times of rapid change and technological disruption.

In the Fostering Change Agility self-paced, asynchronous 8-10 - hour upskilling micro-credential course, you will complete the following 5 Guest Discussion sessions:

- Guest Discussion 2 - Focusing on the People Side of Change
- Guest Discussion 3 - Using AI Coaching Bots in Management Coaching and Training
- Guest Discussion 4 - Driving Sustainability and Positive Social Impact
- Guest Discussion 5 - Three Ways to Improve Your Adult Learning

In each session, you will need to watch the approximately 25-30 - minute video, reflect on your key take-aways and personal and organizational application, and participate in the discussion forum.

You will also watch the following topical explainer videos (approximately 10 minutes each) and reflect on your key take-aways and personal and organizational application:

- Video 2 - The Changing Ambitions of Workers: Adapting Leadership
- Video 3 - Embracing AI in Change Management

Additionally, you will be required to complete and apply three readings, a learning activity, personal and organizational assessment activities, a podcast listening assignment, a short course exam, final application assessment, a final learning reflection, and a course evaluation in order to finish the course.

Once you have completed all of the course requirements, you will receive a micro-credential certificate and achievement badge, which you will be able to include in the education, certificates, and achievements section on your LinkedIn profile and on your resume.
